No. We believe in our product, so we don't ask for a credit card when you sign up. You can create a Free account instantly and upgrade to a paid plan only when you need more features.
You will NEVER lose your data. If your premium plan expires and you choose not to renew, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Your data remains safe, but access to premium features (like staff accounts or exports) will be restricted until you renew.
No. We do not enforce auto-renewals. You are always in control of your money and must manually renew your subscription when it expires.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Jenpra Business Manager application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must ensure that all data entered, including tax and invoice information, complies with local government regulations.
- You agree not to misuse the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Service Availability
We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Jenpra Business Manager serves as a software tool. We are not liable for any financial losses, tax calculation errors, or compliance penalties incurred by your business. Please verify all GST/Tax reports with a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect information necessary to provide our billing and inventory services. This includes:
- Business details (Name, GSTIN, Address, Contact).
- Customer data inputted by you into the CRM.
- Financial data (Invoices, Expenses, Ledger entries).
2. Data Usage & Security
Your data is encrypted and securely stored. We use your data exclusively to:
- Provide core application functionality.
- Generate financial reports and GST compliance files.
- Improve our software performance.
We will never sell, rent, or share your raw financial data with third-party marketing agencies.
3. Third-Party Integrations
If you use our Payment Gateway features, certain transaction details may be shared securely with our payment processing partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) to facilitate the transaction.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated financial data will be permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days.

Refund Policy
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
Jenpra Business Manager provides digital software services. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer money-back guarantees. If you wish to test our platform, we highly recommend purchasing the 1-month Starter plan before committing to a longer or higher-tier subscription.
2. Manual Renewals & Cancellations
We do not enforce auto-renewal on any of our plans. Your credit card or bank account will not be charged automatically at the end of your billing cycle. To continue using premium features, you must manually renew your subscription from the billing dashboard.
If you choose not to renew, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier with restricted access once your current plan expires.
3. Upgrades
You can upgrade your subscription at any time. When upgrading, a prorated credit for your unused days will automatically be applied to the new plan's cost. Please note that we do not support mid-cycle plan downgrades.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this strict no-refund policy.
